| Our program is unique, we want to help you reach your goals and support you through your life situation. We are a person centered program which means we work with you to meet your needs so you can establish independence. |

| We can support you through: |
- Learning how to be independent and manage new responsibilities
- Making the most of community services, both youth services and adult services
- Teach you skills needed to successfully live independently
- Minor involvement in the criminal justice system
- Minor involvement with addiction
- And above all, PREVENTING HOMELESSNESS
